  The view from the room was amazing , the location was central to everything including Clifton Hill and all the attractions within 10 minutes away . We were traveling with our pet and the hotel really is pet friendly and accommodating which was a definite plus. The hotel offered a lot of services to take advantage of however prices were ridiculous .

  The value for the money was not up to par with a Sheraton hotel standard . From stains on the carpets , leaks in the ceiling , stains on the curtains and draperies , cheap toilet paper and bathroom fixtures . Elevators were often slow and extremely busy to use . Upon check out they took an additional $ 50.00 from our deposit and did not refund it and said there must have been a mistake upon check in while calculating price . An added charge to the bill said " pf Rooms and pf Parking " and when inquired all they said was it was a tax and could not explain ? This hotel is listed as a 5 star and is clearly not , however the price is 5 star ! Aswell we booked "Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Falls View" which was to have a fireplace etc... and we were given a King room which I assume they seem to think was an upgrade , however no fireplace and not " deluxe " .

  The location was great

  The first room view was terrible...then got a new room..the glasses were dirty and the washroom ceiling started to leak...then got another room with had a falls view which was good.

  King bedroom with view on the falls has an excellent bed, fantastic view and amenities like the whirlpool in the bathroom and the hotel's good fitness facilities help you to relax really quick.

  The indoor pool is not really up to date, 20$ parking is not adequate if the parking lot is 500m away.

  Nearly nothing, we were shocked to the hotel status when we arrived, the only attraction was the water park which we discovered later that its not included in the room rate!!!!!! Nothing was mentioned on the website and it was a shovk that we have to live with,

  The hotel is very old furniture is unbelivable and does not relat to the name of Sheraton by any means. We have paid additional 40 $ for an upgrade which was still poor looking room and paid additional 120$ for the water park as the kids were looking forward to.

  The hotel is very close to the falls but it offers a better view on the American falls than the Canadian falls. It didn't matter to us, we were able to capture great shots and we had great time in our double queen room. We were right next to the casino, the falls, the arcades and the Clifton hill fun area. Niagara Falls is one of the most beautiful city of Canada.

  This hotel is close to everything as for the tourism attraction but you have a drive a little bit to get to Mcdonalds, lcbo and other stores like that. There's no grocery stores from a walk distance unless you want to get ripped off. No fridge in the hotel is a minus, and no balcony with a table to sit and watch the falls from the outside of our room was a minus.

  The room was beautiful and clean. The shower which many hotels do not realise how important it is was fantastic with a large shower head.Checking in was quick amnd easy sice it was prepaid through your site. Checking out was even easier did not have to do anything as it was prepaid we just grabbed our stuff and left. I have been using

  Had a nice sized room overlooking both the American falls and the Canadian falls. Was able to leave the window open all night and listen to the roar of the water. Ended up staying an extra day.
